Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your package at any time.
Purchases for Special Events
If your dress is for a special event, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
Venica Selection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Venica Selection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the package and the product to our customer service email.
In the event of a confirmed loss by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
